Если бы была возможность, мы бы наверняка лакомились ими каждый день, но, увы, это далеко не дешевое удовольствие. Впрочем, не зря говорят, что выход можно найти из любой ситуации, если хорошенько поискать. Вы еще не догадывались, как заменить магазинные «Рафаэлло» на домашние? Да, именно домашние, то есть приготовленные своими руками. Делаются они очень просто, а самое главное очень быстро. И ещё один немаловажный плюс – экономно!
Продукты:
кукурузные палочки - 200 г;
сливочное масло - 50 г;
орехи (любые) – 50 г;
кокосовая стружка в пачках – 1шт.;
сгущенное молоко - 1 банка;
В глубокую кастрюлю высыпать кукурузные палочки и руками измельчить их в крошку.
Добавить сгущенку и размягченное сливочное масло (последнее нужно вынуть из холодильника примерно за час до начала приготовления десерта, чтобы оно «оттаяло» и стало действительно мягким). Все перемешать – должна получиться пластичная масса, по плотности похожая на мягкий пластилин.
Из полученной массы руками скатать шарики. Поместить в центр каждого шарика орех, проталкивая орех прямо пальцем. Орехи можно использовать на ваш вкус. Например, это могут быть арахис, фундук, кешью, грецкий и т.д. Наш выбор, как видно по фото, пал на очищенный миндаль.
Ну, и самое важное это - кокосовая стружка! Обваляйте каждый шарик в кокосовой стружке. Цвет стружки не имеет значения – выбирайте его на свой вкус. Но, как вам наверняка известно, настоящие конфеты «Рафаэлло» отличаются кристальной белизной, поэтому стружка белого цвета предпочтительнее.
Получившиеся домашние «рафаэлки» поставить в холодильник или в прохладное место на 1,5-3 часа. Выложить на красивое блюдо. Украсить орешками. Можно подавать как с чаем, так и с вином или шампанским. И, разумеется, никто не запретит вам есть эту вкуснятину просто так.
